Return and Refund Policy

I want every person who receives one of my bags to feel proud, touched, and completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it so.

Returns

If you need to return your order, here’s how it works:

Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your bag.
– Please ensure the bag is unused, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached.

1. Consumers are allowed to apply for returns and exchanges within 14 days (14 days or more) after signing for the receipt.

2. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

3. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

How to Start a Return
Just email me at service@berkleather.com, and I’ll send you simple instructions (and a return label, if needed).

Refunds
– Once I receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.
– Refunds go back to your original payment method.

A few notes:
– Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
– If the return is due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
– If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, of course I’ll cover the cost to make things right.


Cancellations

If you change your mind:

– You can cancel your order within 30 minutes if it hasn’t shipped yet.
– Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, so please reach out quickly if you need to cancel.
– If your cancellation is on time, you’ll receive a full refund.
